Personal Finances, or the Art of Managing Your Life. Part 2

Author: Svetozar Gledachev

In the second part of his book, the financier Svetozar Gledachev elaborates on the individual elements of the personal finance plan, examining their subordination, interaction and evolution. He offers answers to important questions that each of us asks ourselves almost daily: For how long will prices rise? Is there an estate “bubble”? Won’t they collapse? Will I lose a lot due to inflation?

Svetozar Gledachev is one of the most renowned financial analysts in Bulgaria. He graduated from the Mathematics High School in Plovdiv, then from the Karl Marx Institute in Sofia, became an assistant professor and a doctoral student at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and specialized at the University of Delaware and Bank of America. He is a university lecturer, consultant and financier, has experience as a bank director, and as a manager of a holding company and several other enterprises. Svetozar Gledachev succeeds in explaining that more important than having money is the ability to manage it well. But how, in what and when to invest? What is worth it and what is not?

In this book, readers will not only find the answers to these and many other important questions, but they will also gain the knowledge of how to approach them. They will learn how to manage their money and assets so that they always make a profit.
