The book: The new book of the financial analyst Svetozar Gledachev is a photo, a picture, a chronicle of the economic, social and spiritual processes in Bulgaria during the crisis of 2008-2015, which we experienced, but we did not always comprehend, analyze and understand. Vital issues for every Bulgarian are considered, such as the state of the banking system, the real estate market, tourism, pensions, terrorism, two-speed Europe, fuel prices, the Belene NPP, the Corporate Commercial Bank, the Who model, referendums, and many others. Issues of global importance such as Brexit, the situation in Greece, Cuba before and after Castro, Trump and the wall with Mexico, etc. are also touched upon. The author not only considers current phenomena and events of the present. He looks for the roots of the problem, the interconnections, the environment in which it develops. And his conclusions make us see its development and the impact it will have in the future.
The book also stimulates the development of philosophical and socio-psychological worldview for understanding the complex world and as a consequence Bulgarian processes and trends. It helps the reader to see the logic of ongoing economic processes and their interrelationship with politics and ethnopsychology. Special attention is paid to the connection between the material and the spiritual in the search for balance, equilibrium and harmony, to which we all strive as people, citizens and society.
