Valentine Lukov was born in 1955 in Bulgaria. International Grandmaster since 1988.The winner of numerous tournaments in Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, France, Germany, etc. He was a member of Bulgarian’s national team. He was also a chess coach in France (highest level) and a selector of Bulgarian’s national team in 2003. The author of many chess articles and books.
